Requirement :
- Preferably women with a maximum age is 28th y.o.
- Held at least a bachelor degree in Marketing, Visual Communication Design, Public Relation, Advertising or similar education major
- At least one years experience as a content planning, content strategy, content creation, and copy writing
- Good public speaking and confident in front of the camera
- Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media best practices
- Good understanding of social media KPIs and metrics and can make a periodic report, recommendation or suggestions based on that data
- Have experience in using social media content for brand awareness and impressions, also have experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Having great creativity and personality is must
Job Desc :
- Develop and execute comprehensive and best practice social media strategy for Souvia, ensuring alignment with brand identity and business goals.
Collaborate with the content team to create engaging social media content across various platforms, maximizing audience engagement and promoting ongoing campaigns.
Provide brief and creative direction to graphic-video designers and talents, ensuring content is relevant, informative, and compelling based on content planning you created.
Oversee content production process, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics (based on KPI), providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization. While also fostering relationships with relevant industry influencers (KOL).
Effectively communicating with sales and business development teams when needed, especially to check if social media strategy impacts leads generation and revenue.
